Over de wandelpaden van de herders

Dagexcursies in de bergweiden, waar zomers al eeuwenlang de migratie plaatsvindt van herders met hun dieren.
We zullen bij hen te gast zijn voor een voorproefje van het leven in de Alpen, bekijken we de bewerking van melk en de verzorging van de dieren. Lunch met lokale specialiteiten, polenta en producten uit de Alpen.
