Unterwegs auf dem Hirtenweg

Tageswanderung auf Almen, wo Hirten in den Sommermonaten einst mit ihren Herden wanderten.
Auf der Alm werden wir einen Rueckblick auf das Leben in den Bergen erleben: wie z.B. die Milch bearbeitet wird und die Tiere versorgt werden.
Zu Mittagessen werden wir (gegen Bezahlung) typische Spezialitaeten (wie z.B. Kaese und Polenta) auskosten.
